MSMCI – Letter to Optionholders – Extension of Expiry Date

MSM Corporation International Limited (MSMCI or the Company), have sent a letter registered holders of 27 December 2022 options in MSMCI with an exercise price of $0.04 (Options) to remind these holders that the Options are currently due to expire at 5:00pm (WST) on 27 December 2022. 

The Option holding may be exercised in whole or in part by payment of $0.04 for each Option by no later than 5:00pm (WST) on 27 December 2022. Alternatively, the Company is offering each holder of Options the opportunity to extend the expiry date of the Options from 27 December 2022 to 31 December 2024 by providing written notification to the Company by no later than 5:00pm (WST) on 27 December 2022.
